Playing with the boys

Visiting at Jon and Sara's has been such a delight.  Sara is having a difficult time with her pregnancy so she really needs to take it easy.  That means the Great Gram's get to babysit!   How fun it's been.  The boys are such a delight and cute as can be.  The base campground is great and only about 5 minutes from Jon and Sara.  They've loaned us their car so we can run errands and get back and forth. This evening Jena, Jesse and Jace came so Jena could go to Sara's baby shower tomorrow.

Port Hueneme

For those of you who have been following along you must think we got lost.  The fact is that we've been on the road a lot and I've been really lax in keeping up.  I'm afraid I'm a failure as a blogger!   Even the last few pictures I've posted I haven't taken the time to label them.  The last time I posted pictures we had just been to the Redwoods.  Since then we've been to Yosemite and now have moved on to Port Hueneme  to spend a few days with our grandson Jon and family Sara, Levi and Nate.  We just arrived  this afternoon and will be here until Monday.  Jon was able to get us a campsite on the base so we're only minutes from them.  Sara is greatly pregnant so we're hoping while we are here we can help out a little and spend some time being "Great Gram's" with the kids.  The boys have gotten so big and handsome.  We're excited to have this time.  On Sunday there's going to be a baby shower.  How fun that we will be here for that.
